Who is Eligible for services?
+ individuals age 12 or over living in Sacramento County experiencing substance use problems;
+ eligibility is based on full scope Medi-Cal and/or the lack of insurance that covers Substance Use Treatment Services
Preference for Substance Use Treatment Services provided to:

+ pregnant substance abusers
+ injecting drug users
+ all others
