- Homeless Engagement and Response Team (HEART) – Outreach and engagement providing mental health and substance use screening, linkage and assessments in homeless shelters and encampments. If you are calling to refer someone else experiencing homelessness, please provide their name, date of birth if known, and location.

Jail Diversion Treatment & Resource Center (JDTRC)

The JDTRC will divert individuals from custody and provide comprehensive County services for Misdemeanor Mental Health Diversion for participants 18 years and older living with mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorder, and/or suffering from trauma.
